These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and million88 ("million88," "we," "us," or "our") with respect to your use of the million88 online casino and gaming platform accessible at million88.bio and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

• Prohibited persons: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of million88 or any affiliated entity, game provider, or payment processor associated with the Platform.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) million88 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), a valid Philippine mobile number, a valid email address, and a date of birth. You agree to promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or outdated.

Account Information Accuracy

million88 relies on the information provided during registration for identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable Philippine law. million88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where registration information is found to be false or incomplete, and to forfeit all balances held in such accounts pending investigation.

One Account Policy

If you discover that you have inadvertently created more than one account, you must immediately contact million88 support to close the duplicate account. million88 reserves the right to close all accounts held by the same individual and to withhold any balances pending investigation of any suspected exploitation of the multiple-account prohibition.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your million88 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person, and you must ensure that your login details are not accessible to unauthorized third parties.

You agree to notify million88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach affecting your account credentials. million88 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

million88 recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for their accounts. Enabling 2FA adds an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time password (OTP) delivered to your registered mobile number at each login, in addition to your standard password.

million88 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks), and major credit/debit cards, subject to availability. Supported payment methods and applicable minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account dashboard.

Minimum Deposit: The standard minimum deposit across all payment methods is one hundred Philippine pesos (₱100), or the USDT equivalent based on the current exchange rate at the time of transaction. Minimum amounts for specific payment methods are displayed at the point of deposit.

Deposit Acknowledgment: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your million88 wallet balance within seconds of successful payment authorization. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to credit, depending on the originating bank's processing times. USDT deposits are credited upon network confirmation.

Funds Source Declaration

By depositing funds to your million88 account, you confirm that: (a) you are the rightful owner of the funds being deposited; (b) the funds are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of criminal activity; and (c) your use of the funds for gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. million88 operates in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.

Currency

The functional currency of million88 accounts is the Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies, including USDT, are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. All game stakes and winnings are displayed in PHP unless otherwise indicated.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted for funds in your real-money balance. Bonus balance and pending bonus winnings that have not yet cleared applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable until those requirements are satisfied in full.

KYC Verification Requirement: Full withdrawal functionality is available only to accounts that have completed KYC identity verification. Unverified accounts may have limited or no access to withdrawal features. million88 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal at its discretion.

Withdrawal Matching: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawal to a GCash account, bank account, or digital wallet not registered in the account holder's name is not permitted.

Processing Times: GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are typically processed within the same business day. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, weekends, or Philippine public holidays.

Withdrawal Limits

Standard minimum withdrawal amount is five hundred Philippine pesos (₱500). Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily withdrawal limits apply and are disclosed in the Cashier section of your account. VIP loyalty tier members may be entitled to higher withdrawal limits in accordance with the VIP program terms.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual offer, which are disclosed at the point of claiming.

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum total amount of qualifying bets that must be placed before the bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x" means thirty times the bonus value must be wagered). The specific multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period for each promotion are disclosed in the individual offer terms.

Bonus Abuse

million88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and forfeit related winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; exploiting software errors or glitches to obtain disproportionate advantage; placing bets in a pattern designed to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine risk; and colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially.

Promotion Modification and Cancellation

million88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses that have already been credited and are actively being wagered by eligible players at the time of the change.

All casino games available on the million88 Platform are operated in accordance with game-specific rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

RNG Certification: All RNG (Random Number Generator)-based games on million88 — including slot games, instant games, virtual table games, and Mines games — use certified random number generation software that has been independently tested and audited by recognized third-party testing laboratories. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from million88.

million88's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your million88 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit million88's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by gross negligence; (b) fraud or wilful misconduct; or (c) any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable Philippine law.

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or concern arising from your use of the million88 Platform, you should first contact the million88 customer support team via live chat, which is available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. We aim to resolve all player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the initial support process, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected]. Formal complaints will be reviewed by million88's compliance team, and a written response will be provided within ten (10) business days.

For disputes involving the outcome of a specific game round, million88 will review recorded game logs and RNG audit data relevant to the disputed round. The findings of this review are final and binding unless a demonstrable technical error is identified in the game software.

million88 endeavors to resolve all disputes internally. Where a player and million88 cannot reach agreement through internal dispute resolution, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts as set out in Section 15.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance.

These Terms and all matters arising from or related to your use of the million88 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The million88 Platform operates in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations as administered by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). All gaming activities conducted on the Platform are subject to PAGCOR's regulatory framework and oversight.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
